Meet Colleen E

Colleen E. is a trauma coach who helps people gently work through the lasting effects of early childhood experiences.

But her work isn’t just professional, it’s personal.

Colleen has walked this path herself.


She knows what it feels like to live in survival mode… and what it takes to slowly, courageously find your way back to joy.

Through her own healing journey, she didn’t just learn how to cope—
she rediscovered her voice.


As a singer, that journey became more than healing.
